exo all ears panel FAQs

exo all ears is a survey and research panel. It is comprised of exo transit service users who voluntarily sign up to share their opinion on various subjects related to public transit in the Greater Montréal Area.

exo all ears is open to anyone who uses or who has an interest in exo services.

All exo all ears surveys are carried out online. To participate, you must have an email address and internet access.

To sign up, simply complete the online registration form.

You may participate in exo all ears as long as you like. You may also stop participating at any time.

To cancel your registration, simply click on the unsubscribe button that appears in all of our emails, then follow the instructions on the screen to complete the process. Once these operations are completed, your registration in the exo all ears panel will be immediately cancelled.

You will be invited to respond to surveys at most once or twice a month, according to the information you provide when signing up.

Each survey is different. That said, the average response time is 5 to 10 minutes. The approximate duration will be indicated at the start of each survey.

Depending on the survey, you will have 5 to 10 days to complete it.

No, participation in our surveys is not remunerated.

Yes. Each month, two $100 cash prizes will be awarded to thank our survey participants. These prizes will be drawn among all active participants.

Active participants are defined as: 

  • Each new participant who has registered in the past three months

  • All participants who have completed a survey in the past six months

If you haven’t finished answering the questions, click again on the link in the invitation email. If the survey is not completed, you will be directed to the unanswered questions. If you have completed the survey, a message will appear to indicate that this invitation has already been used.

If the page hasn’t finished loading after a few minutes, please refresh the page. You can also try closing the window and clicking again on the survey link. In most cases, this will direct you to the current page.

In order to give you a prompt response, please provide us with as many details as possible for your request, for example: 

  • The survey name

  • The link you received to access the survey

  • A description of the issue you encountered

  • A copy of the error message

  • A copy of the question you have a problem with
